* Due to system limitations, we are listed as a "closed practice" in United Health Care's computer system, and on their provider list. Our practice IS open, and we are delighted to have you as a patient. We will need to make a call on your behalf so they will "admit" you to our practice. Please let us know if this is your coverage, and we will work with you to make the transition a smooth one.

** The following plans are excluded, Access Blue and Advantage Blue.

What if your plan isn't on our list?

First, we will submit a claim to any patient's insurance company. Even if we are not a participating provider, plans will often cover a significant percentage of our bill. We suggest that all patients check with their benefits representative.

Second, we will always welcome patients who agree with our focus on Relationship, Service, and Reliability, and who are willing to pay for their office visits directly. Our fees will be reasonable and competitive with other offices. Since direct payment saves us the extra work and delay of submitting an insurance claim, we are pleased to offer a 20% discount for patients paying their office charges at the time of their visit.

Note: We suggest that all patients check with their benefits representative at their health plan, or call our office. We will do some research to help you determine how to maximize the health plan benefits you have.
