Special Offer: Refer Your Friends & Family
In our ongoing effort to serve the NE area community, we remain focused on growing the number of patients at our NE Broadway clinic. It is growth that will help us to continue to thrive on the eastside of the river, and enable us to offer to the community all of the many benefits that you enjoy as a GreenField patient.
Our current patients are often our best source of new patient referrals, and we thank you for your referrals over the years. To encourage you to consider making new referrals of your friends and family members to our NE Broadway location, we would like to make you a special offer that is good from now until December 31, 2010.
1. We will send you a $50 certificate good towards your next annual renewal as our way of saying thank you when you refer a friend or family member and they join our NE Broadway clinic.
2. We will offer your friends and family members, who you refer, and who join our NE Broadway clinic, a discount of $100 off of their first year’s fee.
3. We have made it easier than ever for young families (parents with children in the home) to join GreenField at NE Broadway because we realize that the entire family would benefit from receiving their medical care at one location. That said, we have instituted a new family rate at our NE Broadway location, $50 a month or $600 a year for entire families who choose GreenField Health at NE Broadway.
It is that simple and a great way to save a little money while helping us to continue to grow. So spread the word, and refer away, and your certificate, or even certificates, may add up to a little extra savings for you, and tremendous savings plus fantastic healthcare for your friends and family!
